Three Simple Layouts That Fit Your Style

Everyone organizes their life differently, so you get three layout options to choose from each designed with real-life use in mind.

1. Monthly Calendar (Clean & Spacious)

This layout gives you plenty of room to write in each day. It’s perfect for tracking events, planning meals, or organizing your month at a glance. There’s even a small preview of the next month in the corner, so you don’t have to flip back and forth.

2. Yearly Calendar (Big Picture View)

If you like seeing everything at once, this one’s for you. It shows all 12 months on a single page, making it easy to plan vacations, school schedules, or business goals. It’s great for your desk, wall, or even inside a binder.

3. Weekly Planner (For Daily Productivity)

Need more structure day-to-day? The weekly layout is designed like a premium planner. You get clear date sections along with lined space to write your tasks, notes, and goals. It’s ideal for staying focused throughout the week.

Customize It Exactly How You Want

What really makes PrintMyCalendars stand out is how flexible it is. You’re not stuck with a one-size-fits-all template; you can adjust everything to match your needs.

  • Add Public Holidays (Globally)
    • Planning across countries? You can instantly add official holidays for regions like the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany with just one click.
  • Accurate Moon Phases

  • Portrait or Landscape Layouts
    • Choose what fits your setup best. Go with portrait for a classic vertical look, or landscape if you prefer a wider layout for your desk. Everything automatically adjusts to print perfectly on standard A4 or Letter paper.
  • Flexible Week Settings
    • Prefer your week to start on Monday instead of Sunday? No problem. You can also turn week numbers on or off depending on how detailed you want your calendar to be.

FAQs

  1. Are the calendars really free?

Yes! All of our printable calendars are completely free to customize, download, and print for your personal, school, or office use.

  2. Do I need to create an account or sign up to download a calendar?

No account is required. You can generate and download as many calendars as you need instantly without ever handing over an email address or creating a password.

  3. What formats do the calendars download in?

All of our calendars download as high-quality, print-ready PDF files. This ensures that the layout, fonts, and lines look crisp and perfectly formatted no matter what device you open them on.

  4. What calendar layouts do you offer?

We currently offer three main layouts to suit your planning style:
Yearly: A 12-month overview on a single page.
Monthly: A classic month-by-month grid with plenty of room for daily notes.
Weekly: A detailed weekly breakdown featuring notebook-style lines for daily tasks and a dedicated notes section.

  5. Can I start my calendar on a Monday instead of Sunday?

Absolutely! In the customization menu, simply check the box that says “Week starts on Monday (ISO)” before downloading your calendar.

  6. How do I add holidays to my calendar?

Check the “Mark public & common holidays” box in the settings menu. We currently support automatic holiday tracking for the United States (US), Canada (CA), United Kingdom (UK), Germany (DE), and Australia (AU). Just click the country code you need!

  7. Do your calendars track moon phases or week numbers?

Yes, both features are fully supported. You can toggle “Show week numbers” and “Show Moon phases” on or off in the settings panel to include them in your final PDF.

  8. Why is my printed calendar getting cut off at the edges?

Every home and office printer has different default margin settings. When the print dialog box opens on your computer, look for a setting called “Scale to Fit”, “Fit to Page”, or “Print Entire Image”. Selecting this ensures your printer shrinks the PDF just enough so nothing gets chopped off the edges.

  9. Can I print a calendar for next year?

Yes! You can select any starting month and any year from the dropdown menus to generate a calendar for the future (or the past).
